Friday night, September 24th, 6:00-9:00pm. Pre-conference "Harvest Party" with local farmers and chefs teamed for tastings of seasonal, sustainably grown Kentucky food. Meet keynote speaker Anna Lappe among others. Join us for an intimate evening of exquisite food with conference participants at the historic Whitehall Mansion in Louisville. The evening costs $35.00.
Saturday, September 25th, 9:00am-5:30pm. "11th Annual Healthy Foods, Climate for Change" at Spaulding University. Whether you're a farmer, teacher or concerned eater, don't miss this Conference for the latest on organic, antibiotic-free "slow food." Registration: $40.00. We must have advance registration with your food preference for this event. All food is local and sustainably grown.
Note: Advance Registration ends 9/19/10.
